As the situation with the COVID-19 virus continues to evolve, Wellspring is gradually re-opening its offices. Each provider is practicing differently in this regard, with some having limited in person appointments and others doing exclusively video sessions. Please check with your provider to find out about their current practice parameters. For any in person appointment, we are taking all precautions possible including requiring masks in the office. We ask that you not come to the office if you are or have been ill in the two weeks prior to your appointment. In order to return you will be asked to sign a consent for return that is found under forms on our website.
Please speak to a secretary about procedures for making your session a video session. Services for all providers continue via video conferencing. Please continue to contact your therapist by phone as in the past. You may leave messages for them as always on our phone system. Dr. Lee continues video conference appointments. Dr. DiMatteo is now seeing patients in the office with appropriate social distancing. For in person appointments, Wellspring requires you to wait in your car as you arrive at the office until 1-2 minutes prior to your appointment time. Providers will come out to bring you back to their office. The office has made every effort to limit the spread of illness. This is explained in the consent to return. The waiting room is closed, masked are required and hand sanitizer is provided. Please do not linger after your appointment. These strategies for social distancing allow us to maintain a healthy environment and minimize chance of spread of all illnesses. See below for individual provider video conference addresses. Please use emails only for appointment requests as any other requests will not be honored in this manner. We will reopen to broader regular face to face appointments as soon as is safe and prudent.

If you are interested in having your session by video chat, you will need to sign the special tele-therapy consent in the forms section at the top right of this website before we can commence tele-therapy services. Sign, copy and email the form back to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please know that this option may not be covered by your insurance and may incur additional fees even if covered. We want to assure you that we have your mental and total health in mind and will continue to be here for you.
